My name is Filipa Lelé.

I was born in Lisbon in 1986, where I have lived for most of my life.

I am a Painter, Aura Reader, Reiki Master, innerdance Facilitator, Traveler, and Economist.

​

In 2019, I began searching for answers to minor health issues through traditional medicine. After many doctors and exams, no conclusion was reached, and there was no medical justification for the symptoms. This led me to seek alternative therapies, namely Chinese medicine.

​

The following two years were filled with many questions, doubts, and much learning about myself and my body, with frustration, patience, and resilience. I also gained awareness of the connection between body, mind, and spirit, and how illness is just a sign of something internal that is not being seen and acknowledged. During this time, I also started painting, an activity to which I dedicate much of my time.

​

In 2021, I had my first aura reading, which was a major turning point in my life. It was highly transformative to have someone, who didn't know me at all, didn't know anything about me, talking about my deepest aspects for an hour and bringing to consciousness parts of me that were neglected and ignored.

​

Following this, still in 2021, I took the Rose Meditation course and also started therapy. In 2022, I took a six-month Aura Reading course and two levels of Essential Reiki. In 2023, I completed the third and final level of Essential Reiki and the course for Inner Dance facilitators. I also participated in many other workshops, retreats, and energy-based personal development therapies.

I haven't stopped since I started. I have discovered so much about myself and the universe, much healing and growth, it's been an intense and incredible journey inward.
