Returns and Refunds:

You have the right to cancel your order within 15 days, without the need to provide any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods or when a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, receives the delivered goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us of your decision through a clear statement.

You can inform us of your decision by email to info@filipalele.pt.

We will proceed with the refund within 30 days from the day we receive the returned products. We will use the same payment method used for the order, and no fee will be charged for this refund.

 

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for return, make sure that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 15 days.

• The products are in the original packaging.

 

The following products cannot be returned:

• Supply of products made according to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Supply of goods that, by their nature, are not suitable for return, for example, goods that deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date has expired.

• Supply of goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that do not have a seal after delivery.

• Supply of goods that, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other goods.

• Supply of goods from the Merchandise section since they function as print-on-demand.

 

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above-mentioned return conditions, at our sole discretion.

 

Return of Goods:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You must send the goods to an address in mainland Portugal that will be provided when expressing the intention to return.

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during the return process. Therefore, we recommend a secure and traceable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without the actual receipt of the returned goods or proof of delivery of the returned goods received.

 

Gifts:

If the products were marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent.

If the products were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the buyer sent the order to themselves to deliver it to you later, we will issue the refund to the buyer.
